Small Business Relief Grant
The City of Long Beach Small Business Relief Grant will provide direct financial relief to small Long Beach businesses that are not eligible for the Restaurant, Brewery, and Bar Relief Grant or the Personal Services and Fitness Relief Grant. Eligible businesses can receive between $2,500 and $10,000 to support their business. The program is made possible by the Long Beach Recovery Act to help local small businesses that have experienced financial hardship due to COVID-19 to recover and stabilize.
Applications open March 16, 2022 at 11AM. Application review and fund disbursement will begin April 15, 2022, and grant applications close May 15, 2022 at 8PM.
Nonprofit Relief Grant
The Nonprofit Relief Program is made possible by the Long Beach Recovery Act to help nonprofits that have experienced financial hardship due to COVID-19 to stabilize and recover. The Nonprofit Relief Grant will provide direct financial relief to Long Beach nonprofits. Eligible nonprofits can receive between $5,000 and $25,000.
Long Beach Recovery Act Nonprofit Relief Grant Program has been extended from May 15 to June 15, 2022. In addition to the application extension, the deadline for applying organizations to obtain a business license (a requirement for grant eligibility) has been extended to July 15, 2022.
